Thousands of people visit the Scandinavian Community Centre every year to celebrate the traditions and festivities of Scandinavian Midsummer.
One of the highlights of the Scandinavian Midsummer Festival is the authentic Viking Village that is built and inhabited by Réik Félag, a Norse Culture Recreation Society, for the entire two days of the festival.
This year the entire festival will be centered around a theme of Vikings – Then and Now.
Reik Félag will be pulling out all the stops to take you on a journey all the way back to the year 1,000
